With over 25 years of experience in a range of roles including accounting, banking, sales, and business ownership, Stephanie founded Jada Accounts and Bookkeeping after recognising that many small business owners, although brilliant at their core business, can be somewhat lost when it comes to the numbers side of the business. Or perhaps understand the accounts completely but either hate doing it, or appreciate that the business owner’s time is often better spent focusing on more productive aspects of the business.

Stephanie holds an Associate of Arts degree, with an emphasis on business, and passing with honours, from Highline College in Seattle, USA, and is also an Accredited Consultant for Quickbooks accounting software.

Examples of Stephanie’s experience include Accounts Payable Supervisor of a large chain of restaurants in Seattle, USA, Territory Manager for a food distribution company in Auckland selling into all the national supermarket chains, and co-owning a successful hairdressing and beauty therapy business on Auckland’s North Shore.

“One of the things I have found most rewarding since establishing Jada has been the difference that our customers experience when their accounts are all up to date. And that sense of relief for them that someone trustworthy and experienced is taking care of that side of things for them. It can be a huge weight off their shoulders.”
